<p>- Prepare accurate cost estimates (taking-off) and budgets for fit out works, furniture and equipment for each outlet that assigned.<br>- Draft, review, and prepare contracts Letter of Award (LOA) to contractors, nominated contractor andsuppliers.<br>- Certify contractor payment (deposit, progress claim and retention) for projects assigned.<br>- Liaise with internal team (designer and fit out) if and discrepancy on the drawing and SVC.<br>- Work closely with the designer, and fit-out teams to deliver projects on time and within budget.<br>- Ordering equipment and furniture upon layout drawing approved<br></p>
<p>Secondary Job Responsibilities: Perform any other special project/ad-hoc task assigned by superior/ management.&nbsp;</p>
