<p><strong>Position Responsibilities</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Manage the procurement of indirect materials and services that support outlets and head office operations.</li>
<li>Develop category sourcing strategies (packaging, uniforms, cleaning services, kitchen equipment, marketing) to optimize supplier performance and cost efficiency.</li>
<li>Negotiate contracts and SLAs with suppliers to ensure quality and timely delivery</li>
<li>Drive procurement KPIs including cost savings, supplier service levels, contract compliance, and on-time delivery.</li>
<li>Ensure compliance with company procurement policies and F&amp;B industry standards</li>
<li>Work closely with outlet operations, marketing, and finance teams to align sourcing with business needs.</li>
<li>Maintain accurate procurement data, purchase records and vendor performance reports in the system.</li>
<li>Conduct supplier evaluation, audits and risk management to ensure business continuity.</li>
<li>Lead initiatives to streamline procurement processes.</li>
<li>Support new outlet openings by sourcing and ensuring timely delivery of required materials and services.</li>
