<li>Continuously monitor app traffic, user behavior, transactions, and revenue trends to identify opportunities for improvement and optimize campaigns based on data insights.</li>
<li>Effectively manage media budgets across different countries and platforms within the region, ensuring campaigns achieve or exceed target KPIs, including Cost Per      Install (CPI) and Return on Ad Spend (ROAS).</li>
<li>Create regular performance reports, analyze key metrics, and provide actionable insights to stakeholders, demonstrating the impact of paid media activities.</li>
<li>Collaborate with cross-functional teams including IT, design, and analytics to improve paid media campaigns.</li>
<li>Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in mobile app marketing and paid media strategies.</li>
<li>Tweaking strategies and budgets based on performance to maximize ROI across different paid media channels.</li>
<li>Create dashboards, data visualizations, and campaign performance reports to effectively communicate results and insights.</li>
<li>Offer data-backed recommendations for enhancing campaigns, targeting, creative, and overall user acquisition strategies.</li>
