<p><strong>Design Development &amp; Documentation</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Prepare and develop complete design documentation in a timely manner, including layout plans, 3D perspectives, detailed drawings, materials, furniture, equipment and technical specifications for new outlet openings, revamp outlets, flagship or themed outlets, and ZUS Signature premium outlets.</li>
<li>Occasionally prepare tender lot drawings for secured sites and develop hoarding visuals as required per project.</li>

<p><strong>Cross-functional &amp; External Coordination</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Coordinate closely with internal teams (Fit-Out, QS), key stakeholders (Operations, Marketing, Brand), and external parties (Architects, Consultants, Contractors, Suppliers) to ensure design feasibility, accuracy, and constructability.</li>
</ul>
<p><strong>Site &amp; Construction Support</strong></p>

<li>Support construction or fit-out phases by resolving design-related site issues, addressing discrepancies, and responding to last-minute changes when required.</li>

<p><strong>Design Standards, Compliance &amp; Optimization</strong></p>

<li>Ensure all design outputs adhere to brand standards, operational requirements, site-specific needs, and relevant local regulations (e.g., mall or authority guidelines).</li>
<li>Contribute to the development and maintenance of internal design manuals, standard templates, and detail libraries to ensure consistency and efficiency across all projects.</li>
<li>Continuously explore design optimizations that enhance cost-effectiveness and buildability, without compromising the integrity or identity of the brand.</li>

<p><strong>Quality Control of Submissions</strong></p>

<li>Ensuring all submitted drawings and documents meet visual, technical, and formatting standards before release.</li>

<p><strong>Documentation Support</strong></p>

<li>Assist in organizing, archiving, and maintaining updated drawing sets, standard templates, and guideline documents across all projects.</li>
<li>Provide light administrative support by managing department-related files and documentation.</li>

<p><strong>Design Innovation &amp; Stakeholder Liaison</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Proactively introduce new materials, finishes, or design ideas to improve aesthetics, functionality, or cost efficiency.</li>
<li>Support communication and coordination with internal stakeholders or external parties (e.g., suppliers, contractors) on design-related discussions, sample sourcing, or minor negotiations.</li>

<p><strong>Guidance &amp; Onboarding (Light)</strong></p>

<li>Mentor and guide junior designers within the team, reviewing their drawings and offering design input when needed.</li>
