<li>System Maintenance: Regularly perform system maintenance tasks for ERP and POS systems to ensure they operate efficiently without interruption.</li>
<li>Upgrades and Enhancements: Plan and implement system upgrades as needed. Enhance system features for improved functionality and user experience.</li>
<li>Troubleshooting: Provide immediate response to system emergencies and resolve issues that may arise with the ERP and POS systems.</li>
<li>Security: Ensure that all systems are secure against cybersecurity threats. Implement protective measures and conduct regular security audits.</li>
<li>Technical Support: Serve as the primary contact for ERP and POS system users. Provide training and support to end-users.</li>
<li>Documentation: Maintain accurate records of system configurations, upgrades, and inventory. Develop documentation for system procedures, configurations, and settings.</li>
<li>Collaboration: Work closely with other IT staff and departments to ensure that the ERP and POS systems align with business needs. Participate in IT projects as required.</li>
<li>Product Launch Configuration: Configure and prepare all systems(including third party platforms) for seamless integration and functionality during new product launches, ensuring technical compatibility and performance optimization.</li>
<li>Vendor Management: Coordinate with software vendors and service providers to ensure that services meet company standards and requirements.</li>
