Job Description

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Talent Acquisition Intern to support our recruitment and employer branding activities. This role is ideal for someone interested in HR, recruitment, or social media sourcing.

  • Source candidates through job portals and social media platforms (e.g. Xhs, Meta, LinkedIn, etc.)
  • Screen and shortlist candidates based on job requirements
  • Maintain and update candidate database and recruitment tracker
  • Assist in coordinating and communicating with candidates via WhatsApp and other platforms
  • Support employer branding initiatives, including managing social media content and updating job postings
  • Assist in simple content creation for talent sourcing and online campaigns
  • Work closely with the team to ensure smooth recruitment operations
