Job Description

Your new role:     

  • Assist to perform financial due diligence engagement    
  • Assist to draft the financial commentaries for IPO engagement    
  • Assist clients to prepare financial accounting schedules for value-adding analysis and commentaries using Microsoft Excel analytical tools    
  • Conduct assessment on clients' accounting records and present findings to team manager    
  • Coordinate and support client on Financials & Accounting related matters for end-to-end IPO listing process and liaise with various professional parties    
  • Assess clients' financial results and recommend solutions to the financial plan    
  • Supervise and coach subordinates as well as work diligently with team manager to ensure deadlines are met     

Job Requirements

Qualification:    

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting/Finance or equivalent and/or a professional accountancy qualification       

Experience:      

  • At least 2-5 years working experience with audit, corporate financial reporting and tax is preferred    
  • Involved in IPO engagement, well versed with MFRS / IFRS and Microsoft Excel analytical tools will be an added advantage       

Competency:  

  • Able to work independently as well as good team player, self-motivated with high degree of commitment to meet deadlines and objectives    
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills    
  • Think analytically and creatively to develop pragmatic and value-added solutions to client    
  • Travelling required   
  • Mandarin speaking skill is more preferred
