Content Strategy &amp; Development:

<li>Develop and implement an integrated content strategy aligned with marketing goals, both short- and long-term&nbsp;</li>
<li>Research and identify content themes and topics that educate customers and support business objectives.</li>
<li>Lead the content team in creating high-quality content (videos, infographics, blogs, data visualisation) for multiple platforms (websites, social media, publications).</li>
<li>Continuously monitor and adapt the strategy based on data, analytics, and market trends.</li>
<li>Ensure content adheres to brand guidelines for structure, layout, tone of voice, and user experience across all channels.</li>
<li>Conduct competitor and internal content audits to identify areas for improvement.</li>
<li>Stay informed of legal considerations like copyright and data protection laws.</li>
<li>Explore and leverage new technologies (e.g., AI writing tools) to refine content creation and strategy.</li>
</ul>
Content Management &amp; Optimisation:
<ul>
<li>Develop and maintain content style guides and best practices.</li>
<li>Oversee the implementation of established content strategies.</li>
<li>Establish and optimise workflows for requesting, creating, editing, publishing, and archiving content.</li>
<li>Develop and implement measurement systems to track content performance against objectives.</li>
<li>Optimise content for search engines and user experience.</li>
<li>Continuously test and refine content based on data analysis.</li>
