What You’ll Do

This internship is perfect if you want to learn how online businesses really work. You’ll be involved in:

• Helping coordinate orders between our stores and customers.
• Tracking shipments to make sure everything arrives on time.
• Updating product listings on our website and online marketplaces.
• Talking to customers to confirm orders or solve problems.
• Reviewing chatbot conversations and giving feedback to improve its answers (no coding needed — we’ll train you!).

Job Requirements

Requirements

• Studying for a Diploma/Degree in Business, Logistics, Mass Communication, or similar fields.
• Can communicate well in both English and Bahasa Malaysia.
• Organized and able to handle many tasks at once.
• Positive attitude and eager to learn about e-commerce and AI.

Internship Details

• Working Hours: 10am – 7pm, 5 days per week (rotating schedule, 2 rest days)
• Duration: 6 months
