Key Responsibilities

• Proactively engage potential and existing customers through outbound calls to introduce and promote our products or services.
   
• Build lasting relationships with customers to encourage repeat business and generate referrals.
   
• Consistently meet or exceed individual sales targets and contribute to team goals.
   
• Accurately document all customer interactions, sales activities, and follow-ups in the CRM system.
   
• Follow up on leads generated from marketing campaigns, social media, and other channels.
   
• Deliver outstanding customer service by effectively addressing inquiries, concerns, and feedback in a timely manner.
   
• Stay updated on the latest product offerings, features, and industry developments to better support customer needs.
   
• Adhere to company policies, procedures, and best practices to maintain operational excellence.

Job Requirements

 Qualifications & Experience

• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills in Mandarin.
   
• Strong ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
   
• Highly self-motivated with a strong drive to meet and exceed sales targets.
