About the Role

57Network is looking for a Customer Success and Operations Intern to support customer follow-up, operations coordination, documentation, social media support, and process improvement.

This role is suitable for students who are interested in customer success, business operations, communication, digital tools, and improving how work gets done.

Malaysia final-year students are preferred.

What You’ll Do

You may support the team in:

• Customer follow-up tracking and documentation
• Renewal reminder and customer status updates
• Meeting notes, action items, and task follow-up
• Customer issue tracking and internal coordination
• Social media content drafting and content calendar support
• Newsletter, campaign, or event support
• SOPs, checklists, and process documentation
• Operational reporting and admin support
• Exploring digital or AI tools to improve work processes

• Is comfortable using digital tools, spreadsheets, and online collaboration platforms

Work Arrangement

• Primarily remote internship (WFH)
• Weekly online meetings and regular check-ins
• Online customer support assistance where required
• Occasional physical meetings, training, workshops, customer activities, or team collaboration sessions may be required
• Applicants must have a workable laptop/computer and stable internet connection
• Applicants must confirm their university allows this internship arrangement
