Job Description

 Job Overview:

As an E-Commerce Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting the day-to-day operations for online store(s).

Work closely with your Superior to ensure the smooth functioning of our digital storefront and daily waybills for Singapore plaforms such as Shopee, Lazada, and Amazon.

Responsibilities:

  1. Manage product listings on our e-commerce platforms, including uploading product descriptions, images, stock inventory and prices.
  2. Assist in the creation and execution of online marketing campaigns, including flash deal, add on deal, free gifts.
  3. Respond promptly to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a professional and timely manner.
  4. Ability to build rapport, reviews and establish trust with Customers and Resellers.
  5. Follow up sales and order processing.
  6. Analyze website traffic and sales data to identify trend, opportunities for improvement and drive organic traffic.
  7. Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices in e-commerce to maintain a competitive edge.
  8. Strong grammar, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. 

Job Requirements

  1.  Fresh graduates are welcome. This is an entry-level position is perfect for recent graduates who are passionate about E-commerce or Marketing role and eager to apply their knowledge in a professional environment. 
  2. Min in Certificate/Diploma/Advanced Diploma in Marketing, Mass Communication / Graphic Design/ Multimedia Design / E-Commerce or related field preferred.
  3. Previous experience in e-commerce, digital marketing, or related fields is a plus.
  4. Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  5. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. (Mainly in Mandarin and English due to we are focusing in Singapore Market.)
  6. Proficiency in Adobe Software (illustrator, Canva or Photoshop).
  7. Passion for e-commerce and a customer-centric mindset.
