At Accel Scaling, the Funnel Designer role is intentionally designed around conversion, clarity, and flow. You won’t just design assets in isolation; you’ll design complete funnel experiences — from first touchpoint to final conversion — with clear intent behind every section, layout, and visual decision.
You’ll work with a fast-moving performance team that respects design as a growth lever, not decoration. Inputs are structured, goals are defined, and your work is measured by how well it supports revenue outcomes — not how many revisions you survive.
This is the role for someone who wants ownership over how funnels look, feel, and convert, and who is excited to grow into a senior, strategic creative role.
This is a remote-first role. If you’re based in Malaysia, there may be minimal but occasional in-person sessions such as monthly office meets or key funnel reviews.

What You Won’t Be Doing
- You won’t manage clients or handle client-facing communication.
- You won’t plan marketing campaigns or manage project timelines.
- You won’t be responsible for long-form copywriting (you’ll work from approved copy / short form placeholders you draft).
What You’ll Do
1) Funnel & Page Design
- Design high-converting funnel assets, including:
- Opt-in pages
- Sales pages
- Webinar registration pages
- Thank-you pages
- Upsell / downsell pages
- Translate funnel strategy into clear, structured visual layouts.
- Ensure logical flow, visual clarity, and strong call-to-action emphasis throughout.
2) Image Ads
- Create high converting image ads alongside our Lead Performance Copywriter
3) Conversion-Focused Visual Systems
- Build modular design systems that scale across funnels.
- Create reusable sections, templates, and components to speed up deployment.
- Ensure consistency across multi-step funnels while adapting visuals to intent.
4) Performance & Iteration Support
- Design multiple visual variations to support A/B testing.
- Collaborate with copy and performance teams to refine layouts based on feedback and results.
- Make fast, clean design updates without breaking the overall funnel structure.
5) Creative Quality & Execution Excellence
- Maintain high standards for spacing, hierarchy, typography, and readability.
- Ensure all designs are export-ready and optimized for web performance.
- Regularly update funnel design libraries and component systems.
6) Integrate and Automate Funnel Pages
- Launch your funnel pages fully integrated within GoHighLevel and any other automations such as Zapier, post opt-in email flows, etc.
7) Always Be Leveling Up
- Experiment with new funnel layouts, structures, and design patterns.
- Propose improvements to existing funnels and page flows.
- Explore and integrate AI tools to improve speed, consistency, and quality — responsibly.
