If you’re tired of being treated like a “make-it-pretty” designer — handed random briefs, unclear goals, and last-minute requests with no performance context — this role is built differently.
At Accel Scaling, the Funnel Designer role is intentionally designed around conversion, clarity, and flow. You won’t just design assets in isolation; you’ll design complete funnel experiences — from first touchpoint to final conversion — with clear intent behind every section, layout, and visual decision.
You’ll work with a fast-moving performance team that respects design as a growth lever, not decoration. Inputs are structured, goals are defined, and your work is measured by how well it supports revenue outcomes — not how many revisions you survive.
This is the role for someone who wants ownership over how funnels look, feel, and convert, and who is excited to grow into a senior, strategic creative role.
This is a remote-first role. If you’re based in Malaysia, there may be minimal but occasional in-person sessions such as monthly office meets or key funnel reviews.

1) Funnel &amp; Page Design
<ul>
<li>Design high-converting funnel assets, including:</li>
<li>Opt-in pages</li>
<li>Sales pages</li>
<li>Webinar registration pages</li>
<li>Thank-you pages</li>
<li>Upsell / downsell pages</li>
<li>Translate funnel strategy into clear, structured visual layouts.</li>
<li>Ensure logical flow, visual clarity, and strong call-to-action emphasis throughout.</li>
</ul>
2) Image Ads
<ul>
<li>Create high converting image ads alongside our Lead Performance Copywriter</li>
</ul>
3) Conversion-Focused Visual Systems
<ul>
<li>Build modular design systems that scale across funnels.</li>
<li>Create reusable sections, templates, and components to speed up deployment.</li>
<li>Ensure consistency across multi-step funnels while adapting visuals to intent.</li>
</ul>
4) Performance &amp; Iteration Support
<ul>
<li>Design multiple visual variations to support A/B testing.</li>
<li>Collaborate with copy and performance teams to refine layouts based on feedback and results.</li>
<li>Make fast, clean design updates without breaking the overall funnel structure.</li>
</ul>
5) Creative Quality &amp; Execution Excellence
<ul>
<li>Maintain high standards for spacing, hierarchy, typography, and readability.</li>
<li>Ensure all designs are export-ready and optimized for web performance.</li>
<li>Regularly update funnel design libraries and component systems.</li>
</ul>
6) Integrate and Automate Funnel Pages
<ul>
<li>Launch your funnel pages fully integrated within GoHighLevel and any other automations such as Zapier, post opt-in email flows, etc.</li>
</ul>
7) Always Be Leveling Up
<ul>
<li>Experiment with new funnel layouts, structures, and design patterns.</li>
<li>Propose improvements to existing funnels and page flows.</li>
<li>Explore and integrate AI tools to improve speed, consistency, and quality — responsibly.</li>
