<li>Own and drive the design of <strong>digital ad campaigns</strong>, <strong>social content</strong>, and <strong>branded visuals</strong>.</li>
<li>Create engaging static and animated assets for platforms like Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn, and Google Display.</li>
<li>Lead visual ideation and execution in a fast-paced agency setting with tight turnarounds.</li>
<li>Maintain and evolve brand visual guidelines across platforms and clients.</li>
<li>Collaborate closely with marketing, copy, and product teams to translate concepts into visual reality.</li>
<li>Work in <strong>Figma</strong> (if possible) and Adobe Creative Suite to produce and manage scalable, high-quality design assets.</li>

<li>2-3 years of experience in visual or digital design—preferably at a creative agency or fast-moving in-house team.</li>
<li>A portfolio that shows off <strong>top-tier creative work across ads, social media, and digital marketing</strong>.</li>
<li>Strong design fundamentals—layout, typography, color, and composition.</li>
<li>Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite. Experience in <strong>Figma</strong> will be added advantage.</li>
<li>Active user of social media and have high interest in current design trends</li>
<li>Highly organized, fast, and comfortable delivering great work on short timelines.</li>
<li>Strong eye for detail and ability to embrace AI tools to increase productivity.</li>
<li>Proactive communicator and collaborative teammate.</li>
