Client & Project: We are seeking a new talent to join the Software Engineering team where you will have the opportunity to collaborate in the project 11968942 Project Autobahn. The client is ALLIANZ, a company specializing in providing insurance and financial services worldwide. Responsibilities: As a Custom Software Engineer, you will be responsible for developing custom software solutions to design, code, and enhance components across systems or applications. You will use modern frameworks and agile practices to deliver scalable, high-performing solutions tailored to specific business needs. You are expected to perform independently and become a subject matter expert. Active participation and contribution in team discussions are required, along with providing solutions to work-related problems. Intermediate proficiency in IBM FileNet Workflow is required. Intermediate proficiency in Build Management, Configuration & Release Management, and Design & Build Enablement is suggested. Execute assigned development tasks with increasing independence while applying best practices and standards. Identify and resolve common technical challenges by analyzing recurring patterns and proposing effective solutions. Collaborate with team members to contribute to the overall success of the project and share insights during discussions. Continuously improve technical skills and knowledge to enhance the quality and efficiency of deliverables. Support the integration of new features by understanding system requirements and ensuring alignment with business goals.
