Responsibilities:
As a Manual Tester, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality and reliability of software applications by performing manual testing. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to identify, document, and track defects while ensuring adherence to quality standards.

Your responsibilities include:

• Conducting manual testing to identify defects and ensure software functionality aligns with requirements.
• Writing and executing detailed test cases, scenarios, and scripts.
• Logging, tracking, and verifying bugs in the defect tracking system.
• Collaborating with development teams to reproduce and resolve issues.
• Performing regression testing to ensure existing functionality is not impacted.
• Preparing and maintaining test documentation, including test plans, test cases, and test summary reports.
• Participating in team discussions to improve QA processes and deliverables.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in Manual Testing.
• Domain knowledge in one or more industries: Telco, Banking & Finance, E-commerce, Real Estate, CRM, or Insurance.
• Strong understanding of software development lifecycles and QA methodologies.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Effective communication and collaboration abilities.
• Experience with defect tracking tools and test management systems.
