<li><strong>Lead QA Strategy &amp; Process Improvement</strong> – Define and implement best practices for testing, ensuring efficiency and scalability.</li>
<li><strong>Develop &amp; Execute Test Plans</strong> – Design comprehensive test strategies, including functional, regression, performance, and security testing.</li>
<li><strong>Automation Framework Development</strong> – Build and maintain automation frameworks using tools like Selenium, Appium, or Cypress.</li>
<li><strong>Bug Identification &amp; Reporting</strong> – Identify, document, and prioritize defects using bug-tracking tools (e.g., JIRA, TestRail).</li>
<li><strong>API &amp; Performance Testing</strong> – Conduct API testing with Postman or similar tools, and ensure system reliability through performance testing.</li>
