Job Description

• Offer technical assistance to clients, which includes demonstrations, installation, troubleshooting, maintenance, calibration, and commissioning of Metrology Measuring Instruments.
• Provide training and post-sale support for the operation and maintenance of the equipment.
• Address customer inquiries and implement corrective measures within the specified timeframe.
• Work closely with clients, distributors, sales teams, and internal staff to ensure effective communication and resolution of issues.
• Generate precise service reports and quotes for customers.
• Recognize and engage in sales opportunities, including new contracts, renewals, or system enhancements.

Job Requirements

• The ideal candidate should have a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, bachelor’s degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, or a degree in Engineering (Electrical/Electronic/Mechanical) or an equivalent qualification. However, those with practical experience in Metrology or Quality Control are also highly encouraged to apply.
• A minimum of 1 year of experience in the Metrology industry is advantageous, but fresh graduates with a positive attitude and mindset are strongly encouraged to apply.
• Individuals of all genders are encouraged to submit their applications.
• Proficient in both written and spoken English and Bahasa Malaysia.
• Ability to communicate in Japanese is a plus, though not mandatory, as training will be provided upon confirmation.
• The candidate must have personal transportation and be open to traveling as necessary based on job requirements.
• Should be mature and capable of working independently.
• A reliable team player with a strong commitment to maintaining confidentiality and integrity.
