Mission

<li>Offer technical assistance to clients, which includes demonstrations, installation, troubleshooting, maintenance, calibration, and commissioning of Metrology Measuring Instruments.</li>
<li>Provide training and post-sale support for the operation and maintenance of the equipment.</li>
<li>Address customer inquiries and implement corrective measures within the specified timeframe.</li>
<li>Work closely with clients, distributors, sales teams, and internal staff to ensure effective communication and resolution of issues.</li>
<li>Generate precise service reports and quotes for customers.</li>
<li>Recognize and engage in sales opportunities, including new contracts, renewals, or system enhancements.</li>
