Menyokong operasi dapur dengan memastikan penyediaan makanan dilakukan mengikut standard
resipi, kualiti, kebersihan dan masa yang ditetapkan bagi menjamin kepuasan pelanggan.&nbsp;

1. Penyediaan Makanan
a) Menyediakan bahan mentah (memotong, membasuh, memerap dan sebagainya)
b) Memasak dan menyediakan makanan mengikut SOP dan standard resipi
c) Memastikan kualiti, rasa dan presentation makanan konsisten

2. Kawalan Kualiti &amp; Kebersihan
a) Memastikan kebersihan kawasan dapur sentiasa terjaga
b) Mematuhi standard keselamatan makanan (food safety &amp; hygiene)
c) Menyimpan bahan mentah mengikut prosedur yang ditetapkan
d) Mengendalikan peralatan dapur dengan selamat

3. Pengurusan Stok
a) Membantu dalam penerimaan stok bahan mentah
b) Memastikan bahan mencukupi untuk operasi harian
c) Melaporkan kekurangan stok kepada penyelia

4. Kerja Sokongan
a) Membantu rakan sekerja ketika waktu puncak
b) Melaksanakan tugasan tambahan yang diarahkan oleh pihak pengurusan
c) Membantu dalam proses pembersihan menyeluruh (deep cleaning) mengikut jadua
