Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated Sales Representative to introduce our HR services to businesses across Malaysia. This is a fully remote position with flexible working hours. Your primary responsibility is to identify potential clients, build relationships, and arrange meetings or close sales.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and approach potential business clients through calls, WhatsApp, email, LinkedIn and social media.
• Introduce ADHWA HR services and pricing packages.
• Schedule online meetings with interested clients.
• Follow up with prospects regularly.
• Maintain a simple record of leads and sales activities.
• Build long-term relationships with clients.
• Work closely with management to achieve monthly sales targets.

Job Requirements

Requirements

• Minimum SPM qualification.
• Sales experience is an advantage but not compulsory.
• Good communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently.
• Own laptop and stable internet connection.
• Familiar with Microsoft Office or Google Workspace.
