Job Description:
We are seeking a Litigation Secretary with 1–2 years of relevant experience to join our legal team. The successful candidate will provide administrative and clerical support to our litigation lawyers, with a focus on construction and employment law matters.&nbsp;

Key Responsibilities:
<ul>
<li>⁠ ⁠Prepare, format, and file legal documents (e.g., cause papers, affidavits, court bundles, and letters) in compliance with court rules and deadlines.</li>
<li>⁠ ⁠Handle e-Filing and physical filing of court documents in both High Court and subordinate courts.</li>
<li>⁠ ⁠Maintain case files, calendars, hearing dates, and deadlines for litigation matters.</li>
<li>⁠ ⁠Liaise with courts, opposing counsel, clients, and internal departments.</li>
<li>⁠ ⁠Assist lawyers with drafting correspondence and follow-up on client matters.</li>
<li>⁠ ⁠Manage billing, file opening/closing procedures, and other administrative tasks.</li>
<li>⁠ ⁠Provide support during hearings, trials, or case preparations, as required.</li>
