Key Responsibilities

• Manage Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable, including invoicing, payment processing, and collection follow-ups.
   
• Maintain accurate financial records, prepare basic reports, and perform bank reconciliations.
   
• Handle billing documentation, including invoices, credit notes, debit notes, and e-invoicing compliance.
   
• Support daily administrative operations, including document management, office supplies, and internal coordination.
   
• Liaise with external parties such as auditors, tax agents, banks, and vendors while assisting in audit and financial documentation.
   

Job Requirements

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
   
• Minimum 1–3 years of working experience in accounting, finance, or administrative roles.
   
• Basic understanding of accounting principles, bookkeeping, and financial documentation.
   
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and accounting software (e.g., SQL, AutoCount, or similar).
   
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple tasks independently.
