Key Responsibilities

• Manage full set of accounts, including accounts payable (AP), accounts receivable (AR), and general ledger (GL) functions 
• Prepare accurate and timely monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports 
• Perform bank, cash, and balance sheet reconciliations and resolve discrepancies promptly 
• Monitor and manage cash flow, ensuring sufficient funds for operations 
• Process invoices, payments, and collections while maintaining proper documentation 
• Ensure compliance with local tax regulations, including SST filings and statutory requirements 
• Assist in budget preparation, forecasting, and variance analysis 
• Coordinate and support internal and external audits, including preparation of audit schedules 
• Maintain and improve internal controls to safeguard company assets and ensure financial accuracy 
• Handle fixed asset management, including tracking, depreciation, and disposals 
• Liaise with banks, auditors, tax agents, and regulatory authorities when required 
• Continuously identify opportunities to improve accounting processes and efficiency

Job Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field 

• Professional certifications (e.g., ACCA, CPA)
• 1–3 years of relevant accounting experience
