Job Description 
<ul>
<li>Handle general operations of the store and ensure that it is executed in an efficient way.</li>
<li>Driving Sales &amp; KPI’s.</li>
<li>Ensure that the monthly sales targets and other business objectives are met with the help of proper management and organization techniques.</li>
<li>Develop the store business and achieve objectives on all aspects (turnover, team development, brand image and customer recruitment &amp; loyalty).</li>
<li>Manage boutique operations in detail at daily, weekly and monthly levels and set up procedures as well as manages budget and stock inventory.</li>
<li>Motivate, lead and coach the team to develop each potential.</li>
<li>Represent the brand values, maintaining the correct appearance of store/counter.</li>
<li>Ensure boutiques/counters are clean and tidy.</li>
<li>Apply the brand selling method and service policy.</li>
<li>Provide beauty advice to customers.</li>
<li>Systematically looking for cross-axis sales, developing loyal customers.</li>
<li>Showcase consumers’ application techniques and routines (make up, skincare).</li>
<li>Provide appropriate, personalized product and sample recommendations.</li>
<li>Build and nurture strong relationships with customers through excellent customer service.</li>
<li>Take care of counter/store merchandising, stock inventory.</li>
<li>Adhere to brand grooming standards to display a professional demeanor.</li>
<li>Ensure feedback and reporting to Retail Manager or head office.</li>
</ul>

<li>Working Shift: shift work.</li>
<li>Required to work on public holidays &amp; weekend.</li>
