Job Requirements

🎯 Key Responsibilities

• Sales Performance: Proactively drive sales to meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly targets, maximizing store profitability.
• Customer Experience Champion: Greet every customer with a warm, genuine, and energetic welcome. Ensure they receive the highest standard of service and attention during every store visit.
• Technology Utilization: Expertly use in-store digital devices and tools to showcase the full breadth of the product range, offering customers access to the complete inventory.
• Maximise Opportunities: Skillfully provide relevant alternatives, product knowledge, and add-on sales at every point of interaction.
• Brand Ambassador: Represent the retailer in the most professional and enthusiastic manner at all times, upholding their image as the ultimate destination for sportswear and fashion.
• Operational Support: Assist with various store operations, including merchandising, stock replenishment, and general duties, stepping in for colleagues as required to ensure smooth running.
• Safety & Compliance: Conduct all work in a safe and responsible manner, adhering to all company policies and operational procedures.
