Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

a) Sourcing & Candidate Identification:

  • Assist Recruiters in sourcing active and passive candidates using job boards, LinkedIn Recruiter, internal databases, and social media channels.
  • Conduct initial market research to map out talent pools for specific client roles.

b) Candidate Management:

  • Post and manage job advertisements on various platforms, ensuring they are accurate and engaging.
  • Screen resumes and applications against job requirements to identify qualified candidates.
  • Conduct initial phone screenings to assess candidate qualifications, communication skills, and interest level.
  • Maintain and update the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and candidate database with meticulous accuracy.

c) Administrative & Coordination Support:

  • Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and Recruiters/Clients, handling all related logistics.
  • Prepare and format candidate profiles and documentation for client submission.
  • Assist with the preparation of reports on recruitment activities, candidate pipelines, and key metrics.
  • Handle general office and administrative tasks to support the smooth operation of the team.

d) Client & Team Collaboration:

  • Participate in team meetings and training sessions to understand client requirements and industry trends.
  • Assist in reference checks and offer preparation where required.

Job Requirements

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Currently pursuing or a recent graduate with a degree in HR, Business, Psychology or a related field.
  • Strong communication skills (written and verbal) with the ability to interact professionally with candidates and internal team members.
  • Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail; able to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
  • Proactive, self-starter, and eager to learn in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Familiarity with LinkedIn or other professional networking sites is a plus.
