ABOUT US

<p>You will work with the People &amp; Culture team to drive recruitment for our SEA business and to ensure that we are able to find and engage with great people to fulfil some great opportunities to work at Hays. You will be responsible for producing engaging content and advertisements, coordinating recruitment activities and managing applications.<br></p>
<p><strong>Sourcing &amp; Coordination</strong><br></p>
<ul>
<li>Support candidate attraction through JD update, adverts creation and other recruitment related content creation</li>
<li>Prepare internal email comms for internal referral programmes, internal vacancies etc</li>
<li>Organizing or conducting reference checks</li>
<li>Arrange and minute meetings and discussions</li>
<li>Work with admin team to prepare materials for assessment centre</li>
<li>Ad-hoc administrative tasks<br></li>
</ul>
<p><strong>Branding &amp; Building</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Create social graphics to promote employer branding</li>
<li>Support campus recruitment activity such as preparing QR codes, brochure, flyers etc</li>
</ul>
<p><strong>Data Analysis</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Extracting data for weekly report</li>
<li>Extracting data for presentations<br></li>
</ul>
<p><strong>Job Requirements</strong></p>
<p>We welcome interns across all disciplines to apply. A degree is nor prior working experience is required. Some knowledge of design tools for content creation would be helpful. Ideally, you would pride yourself with the following qualities:</p>
