We are partnering with a fast-growing digital platform expanding its performance acquisition channels across multiple markets.

The team is looking for an experienced Affiliate Marketing Specialist who can take ownership of affiliate growth — from partner sourcing and deal negotiation to performance optimisation and long-term relationship management.

This is a hands-on role with room to grow into a leadership position as the affiliate function scales.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify, source, and onboard high-quality affiliate partners (publishers, communities, creators, performance marketers)
• Proactively outreach and pitch partnership opportunities
• Negotiate commission models (CPA / RevShare / hybrid structures)
• Manage the full affiliate lifecycle — onboarding, tracking setup, optimisation, and support
• Monitor traffic quality, conversion performance, and compliance
• Analyse data to identify growth opportunities and underperforming segments
• Coordinate campaign execution and promotional initiatives
• Develop SOPs and scalable workflows to support long-term expansion

Job Requirements

 Requirements

• 3–5+ years in Affiliate Marketing, Performance Marketing, or Partnerships
• Experience managing affiliates in digital, e-commerce, or subscription-based businesses
• Strong negotiation and relationship management skills
• Hands-on experience with affiliate tracking platforms and reporting tools
• Data-driven mindset with strong commercial awareness
• Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment
• Experience scaling affiliate programs is highly preferred
