The team is looking for an experienced Affiliate Marketing Specialist who can take ownership of affiliate growth — from partner sourcing and deal negotiation to performance optimisation and long-term relationship management.
This is a hands-on role with room to grow into a leadership position as the affiliate function scales.
<h2>Key Responsibilities</h2>
<ul>
<li>Identify, source, and onboard high-quality affiliate partners (publishers, communities, creators, performance marketers)</li>
<li>Proactively outreach and pitch partnership opportunities</li>
<li>Negotiate commission models (CPA / RevShare / hybrid structures)</li>
<li>Manage the full affiliate lifecycle — onboarding, tracking setup, optimisation, and support</li>
<li>Monitor traffic quality, conversion performance, and compliance</li>
<li>Analyse data to identify growth opportunities and underperforming segments</li>
<li>Coordinate campaign execution and promotional initiatives</li>
<li>Develop SOPs and scalable workflows to support long-term expansion</li>
</ul>
