Mission & Vision

Affiliate Recruitment &amp; Onboarding, Identify and recruit TikTok creators (micro to mid-tier KOLs)
Develop and execute a robust TikTok affiliate marketing strategy.
Achieve the sale target of affiliate team.
Provide them with product brief, angles, USP &amp; selling scripts
Launch monthly affiliate campaigns (new SKU, promo, payday, mega sales)
Track performance by SKU, creator, ROI, and conversion rate
Optimize commission structures based on performance
Work collaboratively with affiliates to drive revenue and meet or exceed sales goals.
Analyze sales performance data and implement strategies to optimize for maximum impact.
Provide reports covering Affiliate GMV, Top affiliates and etc
