What You’ll Do
- Reach out to companies and explore new business opportunitiesÂ
- Build relationships with HR and hiring managersÂ
- Understand client hiring needs and offer recruitment solutionsÂ
- Prepare proposals and follow through to close dealsÂ
- Work with recruiters to ensure successful placementsÂ
- Attend networking events and represent the company
Job Requirements
What We’re Looking For
- At least 2 years of sales or business development experience (at least comfortable generating leads, running calls and meetings)
- Experience in recruitment is a plus (not a must)
- Good communication skills in English + 1 other languageÂ
- Confident, proactive, and results-drivenÂ
- Comfortable using LinkedIn and basic sales toolsÂ
