We are seeking an experienced and creative B2C Marketing Manager to lead data‑driven marketing initiatives that elevate brand awareness, increase customer acquisition, and strengthen loyalty across key channels. You will play a central role in shaping consumer marketing strategies, executing cross‑channel campaigns, and translating insights into tangible business results.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct market research and consumer trend analysis to inform marketing strategies.
- Plan and design B2C marketing campaigns, including digital and offline channels.
- Develop marketing strategies and action plans to achieve sales and engagement goals.
- Execute promotional activities and campaigns to increase brand awareness and customer acquisition.
- Monitor campaign performance, analyze results, and recommend improvements for future initiatives.
- Over time, this role will expand to include managing and mentoring marketing team members.


Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree, Diploma
