Job Description

 1. Develop and implement manufacturing processes and procedures to optimize production efficiency, quality, and safety.
2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including design engineering, production, and quality assurance, to develop and implement new products or processes.
3. Drive continuous improvement initiatives and lean manufacturing principles to enhance productivity, reduce waste, and improve overall operational performance.
4. Monitor and analyze production data and metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions as needed.
5. Ensure compliance with company policies, regulatory requirements, and industry standards to maintain a safe and environmentally friendly work environment.
6. Manage and oversee in engineering terms the implementation of new equipment, technologies, and automation systems to enhance manufacturing capabilities and efficiency.
7. Develop and manage the manufacturing line in terms of engineering, ensuring optimal allocation of resources and cost control.
8. Collaborate with suppliers and vendors to source and evaluate new technologies, materials, and equipment to improve manufacturing processes and reduce costs.
9. Provide technical support and guidance to resolve complex manufacturing issues, troubleshoot problems, and optimize production output. 

Job Requirements

 <Qualification>

1. Bachelor's degree in Material Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field. .
   2. Minimum of 2 years of experience in a manufacturing engineering or production/QA role
   3. Proven track record of implementing process improvement initiatives and driving operational excellence.
   4. Strong knowledge of manufacturing principles, practices, and standards.
   5. Experience in a Material manufacturing industry, such as composite, paint is and added advantage.
   6. Certification in Lean manufacturing is a plus.
   

<Skills>

1. Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes, including machining, assembly, and inspection.
   2. Proficient in using manufacturing software and tools, such as planning software, statistical analysis software, and simulation tools.
   3. Experience implementing process improvement methodologies, such as Lean Manufacturing.
   4. Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex manufacturing issues and implement effective solutions.
   5. Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and influence stakeholders.
   6. Detail-oriented with a focus on quality and continuous improvement.
   7. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
   8. Strong project management skills, with the ability to plan, execute, and monitor projects to meet objectives and timelines.
   9. Knowledge of regulatory requirements and industry standards relevant to manufacturing processes.
   10. Familiarity with ERP systems and manufacturing resource planning.
