1. Incoming Inspection (raw glass and child parts) - Ensure comply with incoming requirements. - Raise SQIN to supplier for defect part supply 2. Training to Operators - Ensure new operator have basic understanding to Quality - Ensure refresh training conducted 3. Manufacturing Process Audit (MPA) - Ensure the production process follow as per mention inside Control Plan. - Layer Process Audit to monitor the effectiveness of production process. 4. Cpk study, GR &amp; R - Ensure the process capability follow the requirement. 5. New Model Supports - Ensure new trial part follow customer requirement and drawing. - Ensure the test is pass for new part supply. 6. TG QC matters - Assist production on confirmation on part before pass to next process. 7. Specification, SOP - Ensure glass spec follow the latest specification and tally with customer requirement. - Update any revision of SOP and ensure it is followed. 8. Engineering Change - Update any changes and inform to customer if needed - Ensure the implementation of changes is follow the customer requirement. 9. Product audits - Conduct sampling check on running part at production and ensure it is following the specification. - Highlight any issue found at production to process owner. 10. Verification of improvement activities - Ensure the process follow action plan declared to customer and improvement follow as per declare. 11. Why-why verification. - Verify countermeasure at process and ensure it is followed. 12. Daily mass prod. Sampling inspection - Ensure part is follow the specification and report any abnormalities. 13. Monthly reports - Update the reports follow the deadline. 14. NMI part monitoring - Ensure part follow the drawing and customer requirement. 15. 5S and Safety activities - Ensure the 5S is follow by all of staff. 16. QCC - Ensure operator take part in QCC project. 17. Cost saving activities - Ensure cost saving is in line with management target.&nbsp;
