1.Compliance: Ensure all procurement activities comply with company policies, industry standards, and regulatory requirements.
2.Cost Reduction: Identify and implement cost reduction opportunities in the procurement process to achieve financial targets.
3.Strategic Sourcing: Develop and implement sourcing strategies for MRO supplies and services to ensure cost savings and supply chain efficiency.
4.Supplier Management: Identify, evaluate, and manage relationships with suppliers. Negotiate contracts and agreements to secure the best terms and conditions.
5.Team Leadership: Lead and mentor MRO purchasing team. Foster a collaborative and high-performance work environment.
6.Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement best practices in procurement and supply chain management.
7.Ad Hoc Requests: Respond to and manage ad hoc procurement requests from various departments, ensuring timely and efficient resolution
8.Reporting: Prepare and present regular reports on procurement activities, supplier performance, and cost savings to Management.
【Must】
• Bachelor’s Degree / Diploma in Business Studies / Administration / Management or equivalent.
• Minimum seven (7) years working experience in purchasing / procurement
• at least five (5) years as team lead in automotive manufacturing industry.
