Job Description
- Greet and seat customers in a friendly and professional manner.
- Take orders accurately and provide recommendations on menu items accordingly
- Beverage preparation & beverage making
- Serving beverage promptly and professionally
- Opening & closing preparation work
- Ensure cleanliness and hygiene standards are maintained in the service areas
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly and courteously.
- Assist with the preparation of dining areas and stocking of supplies.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth restaurant operations.
Job Requirements
- SPM and above
- Able to work in fast past environment
- Able converse in English / BM / Mandarin
- With experience work in F&B is advantage
