<li>Assist with daily administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, photocopying, scanning and documentation.</li>
<li>Support office operations by managing incoming calls, emails and correspondence.</li>
<li>Help coordinate meetings, booking appointments and sending reminders.</li>
<li>Prepare meeting minutes and summarize discussions when required.</li>
<li>Maintain and update records, databases and office inventories.</li>
<li>Maintain meeting rooms, office cleanliness and administrative supplies.</li>
<li>Assist with preparation of reports, presentations and internal memos.</li>
<li>Compile data for reports, spreadsheets or basic presentation materials.</li>
<li>Organize and archive digital documents for easy retrieval and compliance.</li>
<li>Support HR or Admin team during onboarding/offboarding processes.</li>
<li>Contribute to continuous improvement by suggesting ways to streamline admin processes.</li>
<li>Handle confidential information with integrity and in accordance with company policies.</li>
<li>Perform general clerical duties and ad-hoc tasks as assigned by superior.</li>
</ul>
