<li>Assist in preparing presentations and general business materials.</li>

2. Communication:
<ul>
<li>Act as a liaison between departments such as sales, warehouse, logistics, marketing, finance, and operations&nbsp;</li>
<li>Foster effective communication among team members and ensure relevant updates are shared in a timely manner. </li>

3. Delivery Coordination:
<ul>
<li>Collaborate with logistics and warehouse teams to schedule and coordinate deliveries.&nbsp;</li>
<li>Monitor delivery schedules and follow up on any issues or delays.</li>
<li>Ensure all delivery documentation is complete, accurate, and properly filed.</li>
</ul>
4. Packaging Materials &amp; Inventory Management:
<ul>
<li>Assist in ordering and maintaining inventory of packaging and warehouse materials.</li>
<li>Coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials.</li>
<li>Support basic quality checks and compliance of packaging materials.</li>
</ul>
5. Reporting Support:
<ul>
<li>Assist in compiling operational data from different departments.</li>
<li>Prepare and format weekly/monthly operational reports for management review.</li>
<li>Maintain accurate records related to operations, inventory, and deliveries.</li>
</ul>
6. Order &amp; Documentation Management:
<ul>
<li>Assist in processing orders and ensuring all required details are accurate and complete.</li>
<li>Track order and delivery status and coordinate with logistic to ensure timely delivery.</li>
<li>Communicate with customers regarding order updates and inquiries.</li>
</ul>
7. Additional Responsibilities:
<ul>
<li>Support ad-hoc projects as assigned by the sales manager or general manager.</li>
<li>Continuously identify and recommend process improvements to enhance efficiency.</li>
</ul>
