 Job Description:-

• Provide and perform general administrative and clerical support to teams and departments.
• Perform data entry, maintain databases and generate reports when requested.
• Manage emails, phone calls and inquiries professionally and promptly.
• Maintain and organize office supplies, meeting schedules and internal communication.
• Organize and maintain physical and digital filing systems for easy retrieval and compliance.
• Assist with preparing reports, letters, memos and presentations. 
• Support in onboarding and offboarding processes of associate.
• Ensure a tidy, organized and functional office environment (pantry supplies, equipment maintenance, etc.).
• Ensure compliance with internal SOPs and maintain confidentiality of records.
• Provide and perform general administrative and clerical support for the Company’s subsidiaries as assigned.
• Perform other administrative duties as assigned.

Job Requirements

   Requirement:-

• Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Management or related field.
• Excellent command of Mandarin and English in both written and spoken are mandatory.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and digital communicationtools.
• Strong administrative, organizational, time management and multitasking abilities.
• Responsible, reliable and detail oriented with a positive working attitude.
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply and training will be provided.
