Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and document business requirements.
• Assist in analyzing data to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for process improvement.
• Contribute to the creation of comprehensive business requirement documents and use cases.
• Support the development of user stories, process flows, and mock-ups for new initiatives.
• Participate in user acceptance testing and provide feedback on software functionality.
• Assist in preparing presentations and reports for stakeholders and management.
• Have a passion for digital. Self-motivated technology enthusiast in new technologies and engineering best-practices
• Monitor progress, manage risk and ensure key stakeholders are kept informed about progress and expected outcomes
• Stay abreast of current business and industry trends relevant to the client's business

Job Requirements

Qualifications:

• Current enrollment in a relevant degree program (e.g., Software Engineering, Business, Economics, Information Systems, etc.).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in Google Suite and Microsoft Office suite (Docs/Word, Sheets/Excel, Slides/PowerPoint, Gmail/Outlook).
• Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks.
• Eagerness to learn and contribute to a collaborative team environment.
