Role Objective:
This role provides functional leadership &amp; operational support to the accounts team, including managing documentation, coordinating schedules &amp; ensuring effective departmental communication. The Accountant plays a key role in overseeing daily accounting functions, maintaining accuracy in financial records &amp; supporting timely reporting and financial outputs.

Key Responsibilities

<li>Financial &amp; Document Management - Prepare, format &amp; proofread invoices, statements &amp; financial reports - Maintain organised physical &amp; electronic financial records - Ensure timely filing &amp; compliance with internal &amp; regulatory requirements</li>
<li>Administrative Support - Schedule &amp; coordinate meetings, reviews &amp; departmental activities - Manage correspondence including emails, letters &amp; phone enquiries - Assist in preparing financial slides, presentations &amp; reports</li>
<li>Information &amp; Data Support - Conduct basic financial research when required - Compile data &amp; supporting documents for reporting &amp; review purposes</li>
<li>Billing &amp; Expense Support - Assist with issuance of billing statements &amp; tracking billable hours - Process expense claims &amp; assist with basic budget monitoring</li>
<li>Compliance &amp; Confidentiality - Ensure work practices meet audit, legal &amp; ethical requirements - Handle sensitive financial information with confidentiality</li>
