The successful candidate will oversee the integrity of our financial operations across all branches, ensuring full-set accounts are managed with precision. You will serve as a key advisor to the leadership team, providing high-level financial analysis and driving the strategic growth of the firm's fiscal health.

Key Responsibilities

<li>Lead and oversee the preparation of comprehensive financial statements, audits, and complex reporting for senior management.</li>
<li>Drive the annual budgeting process and provide detailed financial forecasting to support long-term business goals.</li>
<li>Manage and optimise filing systems and data migration projects to ensure the highest standards of record-keeping and data integrity.</li>
<li>Liaise directly with external auditors, tax consultants, and regulatory bodies to ensure full compliance with financial standards.</li>
<li>Identify and implement improvements to internal controls and accounting workflows to enhance efficiency.</li>
<li>Manage high-level client engagements and coordinate complex financial projects across internal teams and external partners.</li>
<li>Provide mentorship and supervision to the finance and administrative staff, ensuring professional development and operational excellence.</li>
<li>Present monthly, quarterly, and annual financial performance reports to the Directors, highlighting risks and opportunities for the firm.</li>
