Performing the necessary data checking for Regular Pay and Late Joiner Pay cycle or ad-hoc cycle (if any).</h2></li><li><h2>Coordinate with vendor and prepare yearly payroll calendar. Work with HRIT team on integration schedule time setting in WD after calendar finalised.</h2></li><li><h2>Fully handling the tax clearance cases from time to time, registration of EPF, EPF withdrawal process (if applicable).</h2></li><li><h2>Liaise with statutory bodies such as KWSP, PERKESO, LHDN on payroll or audit related issues.</h2></li><li><h2>Fully responsible to resolve all payroll related matter, issues, or discrepancies either from payroll vendor side, WD system or employees.</h2></li><li><h2>Work with HRIT to resolve the payroll integration issues in WD (if any).</h2></li><li><h2>Responsible for group medical/insurance enrolment, termination and claim dispute.</h2></li><li><h2>On-going maintaining the data in WD system and work closely with People Advisor to ensure the payroll related data are up to date.</h2></li><li><h2>Process payroll, employee benefits related invoices and ensure all paid in timely manner to avoid any interruption on the services.</h2></li><li><h2>Handle the New Employee Onboarding presentation related to HR operations and employee benefits topic and update the slide from time to time to ensure that all information shared are updated.</h2></li><li><h2>Preparing necessary monthly reports.</h2></li><li><h2>Involved in other ad-hoc matters or projects assigned from time to time.</h2></li></ul><h2></h2><h2><b>Job Requirements</b></h2><ul><li><h2>Degree in Human Resource Management or equivalent from a recognized institute of higher institution.</h2></li><li><h2>At least 6 – 8 years related working experience, specifically in Payroll Operations and HR Operations function.</h2></li><li><h2>Well versed in the local labour legislation and have strong interpersonal skills in providing HR advice to the HR operations and handle employees’ queries.</h2></li><li><h2>Possess hands on experience in Workday system.</h2></li><li><h2>Good verbal and written communication skill.</h2></li><li><h2>Pro-active and keen learner, team player with good interpersonal and communication skills.</h2></li><li><h2>Possess high level of integrity, initiative, drive, commitment, and a sense of urgency.</h2></li><li><h2>Ability to work independently and systematically with minimal supervision.</h2></li><li><h2>Ability to prioritise and manage multiple tasks, effectively manage time and accurately with attention to details.</h2></li><li><h2>Ability to handle confidential information in a discretionary manner.</h2></li></ul><h2></h2><p style="text-align:inherit"></p><p style="text-align:left"><i>Build a career with us as we help our customers and the community live healthier, longer, better lives.</i></p><p></p><p><i>You must provide all requested information, including Personal Data, to be considered for this career opportunity.
