About the Role

In this role, you’ll take ownership of payroll and support end-to-end HR operations. You’ll work closely with different teams to ensure smooth processes, compliance with Malaysian regulations, and a positive employee journey. Preferable Chinese Speaking Candiates.

Job Requirements

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Manage full-cycle payroll processing with accuracy and timeliness, including EPF, SOCSO, EIS & PCB submissions 
  • Oversee employee lifecycle processes: onboarding, confirmation, movement and off-boarding      
  • Maintain up-to-date employee records, HR systems and documentation 
  • Ensure compliance with Malaysian labor laws and handle all statutory reporting requirements 
  • Support recruitment activities: job postings, candidate screening, interview coordination and onboarding 
  • Partner with Department HOD on manpower planning and staffing needs 
  • Act as a key point of contact for employee queries on HR policies, payroll and benefits 
  • Administer compensation & benefits, including claims, insurance, and employee welfare initiatives 
  • Prepare HR reports and insights (headcount, attrition, payroll costs) for management 
  • Drive continuous improvements in HR processes and employee experience 

What We’re Looking For

  • Diploma or Degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field 
  • 3–5 years of experience in HR operations and payroll (fresh grads are welcome for junior roles) 
  • Strong knowledge of Malaysian statutory requirements (EPF, SOCSO, EIS, PCB) 
  • High attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information 
  • Strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills 
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
