<p><strong>Job Overview</strong></p>
<p>We’re looking for a proactive and detail-oriented <strong>Project Manager</strong> to lead AI solution implementations across enterprise clients. You’ll play a pivotal role in bridging client needs with internal development teams, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery of chatbot, voice AI, and digital human kiosk solutions.</p>
<p>This role requires a strong background in enterprise software implementation, Agile methodologies, and cross-functional team coordination. Experience or exposure to product management is a strong plus.</p>
<p><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of AI projects including chatbot, voice AI, and digital human kiosk deployments.</li>
<li>Work closely with clients to gather, analyse, and translate business requirements into technical specifications.</li>
<li>Collaborate with product, design, and engineering teams to conceptualize solutions and align them with project goals.</li>
<li>Manage full project lifecycle – scope, timeline, cost, quality, and risk – using Agile and Scrum best practices.</li>
<li>Understand API integrations and ensure seamless connectivity between client systems and AiChat solutions.</li>
<li>Prepare detailed documentation including project plans, UI/UX wireframes, technical workflows, and user stories.</li>
<li>Set up and facilitate client demos, proofs-of-concept, and post-launch reporting.</li>
<li>Participate in RFP responses, solution design proposals, and cost estimation exercises.</li>
<li>Track project KPIs, communicate progress to stakeholders, and drive issue resolution as needed.</li>
<li>Ensure client satisfaction and continuous improvement in project delivery standards.</li>
