Job Requirements
1.Project Planning & Execution
* Lead end-to-end project management for **new product development** and **existing product enhancements**
* Define project scope, timelines, milestones, and deliverables
* Develop detailed project plans, workflows, and resource allocation
* Monitor project progress and adjust plans as necessary
2.Cross-Functional Coordination
* Coordinate with *Product, Creative, Marketing, Finance, and Operations teams*
* Act as the main point of contact for all project stakeholders
* Ensure clear communication and alignment across department
3.Timeline & Budget Management
* Track project schedules and ensure timely delivery
* Monitor project budgets, cost control, and resource utilisation
* Identify risks and implement mitigation strategies
4.Product Development Oversight
* Oversee the *development lifecycle* from ideation → planning → execution → testing → launch
* Ensure product features meet business requirements and market needs
* Support continuous improvement of existing products based on feedback and performance data
5.Performance Tracking & Reporting
* Prepare *weekly and monthly project status reports*
* Track KPIs, deliverables, and team performance
* Present updates to management and recommend improvement
6.Quality & Compliance
* Ensure deliverables meet internal SOPs, quality standards, and brand guidelines
* Implement project documentation, version control, and approval processes
7.Risk & Issue Management
* Identify project risks, bottlenecks, and delays
* Propose solutions and escalate critical issues to management when required
