Recommend improvement where necessary and report findings to SEA country general manager and Sub-region operations director.Respond to EHS incidents and support incident investigation process. Coordinate reporting of EHS incidents with site managers. Maintain EHS statistics for the organization. Identify new trainings, internal and external for employees, supervisors and managers to meet their EHS goals.&nbsp;Engage site managers on EHS matters and drive improvement.Support major hazards installations programs and participate in hazard review studies for new projects, existing plant modifications and improvement projects.Maintain ISO 45001 and ISO 14001 certifications for applicable sites.Act as an advisor to site manager during plant emergencies and support country crisis management program.Ensure compliance to Malaysia regulatory requirements.
