As we continue to expand, we’re seeking an experienced and passionate HR &amp; Admin Manager to lead our people strategy, culture, and compliance across the Group.
This role isn’t just about managing HR — it’s about building a strong, motivated, and values-driven workforce that moves the company forward.
Key Responsibilities
<ul>
<li>Oversee the full spectrum of Human Resources and Administration functions for the Group.</li>
<li>Lead the Recruitment &amp; Selection process, ensuring the right talent is placed across all subsidiaries.</li>
<li>Drive and implement the Group’s Training &amp; Development Plan, ensuring continuous learning and growth.</li>
<li>Conduct internal training to strengthen staff understanding of Vision, Mission, Core Values, and Company Culture.</li>
<li>Plan and organize team building and employee engagement programs, including monthly and festive events.</li>
<li>Oversee foreign worker management, including recruitment, permits, and compliance.</li>
<li>Verify and approve payroll, overtime, claims, and statutory contributions for accuracy and timeliness.</li>
<li>Develop, implement, and monitor Group-level HR policies, systems, and procedures.</li>
<li>Lead the performance appraisal system and ensure alignment with KPI and business goals.</li>
<li>Champion 5S implementation – chair audits, ensure compliance, and promote a continuous improvement culture.</li>
<li>Ensure compliance with ISO 9001, ISO 13485, and other internal or external HR-related audits.</li>
<li>Lead the utilization of HRD Corp (Human Resources Development Fund) for staff development.</li>
<li>Manage compliance with the Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA) 2010 and Anti-Corruption policy.</li>
<li>Establish partnerships with colleges and universities to support recruitment and employer branding.</li>
<li>Provide HR advisory and support to management, aligning strategies with the Group’s growth direction.</li>
<li>Perform any ad-hoc assignments as directed by the Group Managing Director (GMD).</li>
</ul>
