<li>Human Resources Management: Handle full-spectrum HR functions including recruitment, employment relations, compensation, and performance management.&nbsp;&nbsp;</li>
<li>Compliance Implementation: Conduct in-depth research on Malaysian regulations (such as business registration, taxation, industry licensing, and data protection). Develop and execute compliance solutions (e.g., company registration procedures, tax filing cycles) to ensure business operations remain within legal boundaries.&nbsp;&nbsp;</li>
<li>Office Operations: Oversee day-to-day operations of the Malaysia office, including office management, expense claims, and HR administration. Coordinate with external service providers for employee visas and liaise with relevant government departments for operational matters.&nbsp;&nbsp;</li>
<li>Documentation Management: Organize and maintain compliance-related documents required for local business operations (such as contract templates and certification materials) and coordinate with headquarters’ legal team for review.&nbsp;&nbsp;</li>
<li>Client Services: Support domestic and international clients in obtaining cross-border licenses and operational permits by coordinating with external agencies to provide consulting and application services.&nbsp;&nbsp;</li>
