Job Description
eCommerce Management
Develop and implement strategies to drive sales on eCommerce platforms (Shopee, Lazada, Tiktok )
Optimize product listings and manage promotions to enhance visibility and sales performance.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure product availability and timely order fulfillment.
Monitor and analyze eCommerce performance metrics to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
Social Media Management
Plan, create, and schedule engaging content across all social media channels to enhance brand visibility and engagement.
Manage social media campaigns, including paid promotions, to drive traffic and conversions.
Monitor social media trends, track performance metrics, and adjust strategies to optimize results.
Event Planning & Management
Organize and execute brand-related events, including product launches, pop-ups, and promotional events, to increase brand exposure and customer engagement.
Coordinate with vendors, partners, and internal teams to ensure seamless event execution.
Reporting & Analysis
Track and report on the performance of marketing campaigns, social media activities, and eCommerce sales.
Use data and insights to make informed decisions and optimize future marketing efforts.
Requirement
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
Minimum 2 years of experience in eCommerce management, with proficiency in platforms like Shopee, Lazada, and TikTok.
Strong skills in digital marketing, content creation, and campaign management.
Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and optimize marketing strategies.
Detail-oriented, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Proficient in English and Chinese, with excellent communication skills.
