You will be the vital bridge connecting our customers, logistics partners, installation teams, and sales department. 🔥 Your Mission (Core Responsibilities)

You will take total ownership of our fulfillment journey:

• Supply Chain Command: Coordinate incoming stock shipments and monitor inventory arrivals to ensure our warehouse is always ready.
• Last-Mile Mastery: Arrange and manage customer deliveries (utilizing platforms like Lalamove) and seamlessly coordinate stock transfers to our showroom.
• Installation Deployment: You are the dispatcher. Schedule our internal installation teams and coordinate site appointments directly with customers.
• Project Tracking: Track all active orders, delivery timelines, and project progress, ensuring the sales team is always updated.
• Data Control: Maintain crystal-clear customer, inventory, and operational records to keep the business running smoothly.

Job Requirements

⚡ Who We Are Looking For

• The Communicator (Trilingual): Because you will be coordinating with diverse clients, logistics riders, and internal installers, you must be able to speak and read basic Mandarin, English, and Malay.
• The Background: Previous experience in operations, logistics, project coordination, sales support, or administration is a huge advantage.
• The Problem Solver: You have excellent time management skills and the ability to solve sudden scheduling challenges on the fly.
• Tech-Savvy: You are highly comfortable with communication apps, delivery platforms, and Microsoft Office (especially Excel).
